In 2022, Sanjana matched to Internal Medicine in Halifax - a city we'd barely visited. While we loved our Calgary roots, there was something very exciting about moving across the country to a place we hardly knew.

It didn't take long to fall head over heels. Halifax won us over with its historic charm and delightful quirks: the way evenings naturally gravitate toward cozy pubs, the genuine warmth of locals who'd strike up conversations anywhere, and above all, the stunning Nova Scotia coastline.

Our time in Halifax was one filled with exploration, laughter and new experiences, all while creating a cozy and comforting home. We wanted to share this important chapter of our lives with all of our closest friends and family before our next big adventure.
